Dear Sirs, I have a big problem!!!!! Last week you have sent a shipmente adressed to Promo Gift in Italy with awb above mentioned. The problem is that in Italy we have received (in Malpensa Airport) only 15 cartons (Total shipment is 25 cts), pls I need to know where are the others 10.
