There are three kinds of molecular structure of titanium oxide, eAnatasef, eRutilef and eBrookitef. The gRutileh is being utilized for inexpensive products; such as, white pigment and gAnataseh is being utilized for photocatalyst products in general. In spite of gBrookiteh is the most effective, no one utilize gBrookiteh for photocatalyst because it corrodes material itself. By mixing gApatiteh with the gBrookiteh, we succeeded in producing the original molecular structure that does not corrode material. We coat the surface of TiO2 with apatite and the apatite sticks out as if radiating in all directions. We apply the special acrylic emulsion adhesive to the pointed ends of the apatite, which joins the TiO2 and the material securely. Consequently, TiO2 never corrodes the material because it does not touch the material directly, and the TiO2 stays on the surface of material securely. Facility of spray coating By mixing apatite, no base coating is necessary. After 30 minutes of the coating, it become dry.
