Home Textile & Made Ups In home textile & Made Ups we produce Bed in a Bag, Comforter Sets, Bedspread, Mattress Protector, Pillow Protector, curtains, cushion covers, bed sheets, fitted sheets, quilt covers, table covers, plane mats, door mats, napkins, coasters, aprons, bread baskets, carry bags, cotton bags and dusters. In fact any item of home Textile we will provide, that is any kind of fabric, design, dying and print. Stitching: 155 Machines in running and some new machines are installing for new Switch Track System. Fabrics We can offer you all kind of fabric in 1/1, 2/1, 3/1, 4/1, Duck and Jacquard. The width can of your choice ranging from 36” to 144” in 100% Cotton, Poly Cotton, with Lycra and Flax etc. This fabric can be Bleached and Dyed on continuous Bleaching, Thermo sol Dyeing, Pad Batch, or Jiggers, a process of your own choice. We can give very competitive offer for pigment or reactive prints. With rotary screen-printing technology we have capability of printing fabric up to 75 inches wide in 20 colors and 110 inches wide in 16 colors. Weaving Units We have three units and our processing our planned and in 2005 we have a composite processing unit.
