We are in the process of purchasing few units of re-refining used engine oil, would you please let us know: 1-the approximate cost of re-refining one ton of used kerosene or diesel engine oil? 2- What is the necessary chemicals and the producers of such chemicals to be used in the recycling process to produce good quality base oil and what is the quality of the re-refined product. 3- Do you have in your production line, unit which is capable of producing about 30 tons of re-refined base oil in 10 hours? 4- What is the life time of filters used in you system? And from where we can purchase such filters. 5- What is the highest temperature necessary for the process? And what is the heating media used (is it electrical, steam or others)? 6- Is the unit you supply is complete to start production or it is necessary to do some work from our side before instillation. 7- How many workers necessary to run the plant. 8- How much is the cost for training one engineer for two weeks in a plant running similar plant or at your factory. 9- Do you have branches else where other then China?
