Buy I can't use k-208 keyboard

I live in Thailand. I use in Microsoft window XP sp2 & Window Vista. But I can't use this product, My computer noficant "Window can not reorganize this Device" i find some Driver in CD-Rom & Internet. Some Driver is miss Match. How to do, Thank, Max.
