Dear sir, We are one of the largest manufacturers of Lubricating Oils and Greases in the kingdom of Nepal. Presently we are planning for a plant of re-cycling Oils.We want to purify USED LUBRICATING OILS. These means the oils which has been used in the engines and been drained out, which is simply black in colour filled with lots of impurities, we want to refine that material and make a fresh one.
