Good day, My company is presently seeking a partner with experience in Design-Build projects. There are several similar type projects that would be executed throughout Trinidad and Tobago. We are a medium sized organization that has managed projects in Transport and Excavation valued over TT $50 million dollars. The name of our company is Kassim Khan Transport and Excavation Works. We have a wide variety of transport and excavation equipment. These projects would be developed and built over the next 10-15 years. The Government of Trinidad and Tobago intend to spend several Billion TT dollars on construction projects to modernize our country. At present, there isn't any company within Trinidad or the Caribbean that has the capability to undertake these projects that could complete them efficiently within time and budget. Our company has the knowledge ad experience required to acquire contracts of this size. We have a great relationship with other contractors that can be sub contracted for various services. I hereby request your organization’s consideration in forming a joint venture company to undertake these projects in Trinidad. We would be willing to negotiate the Terms and Conditions of the Joint Venture. At present we have entered into a joint venture agreement with Louisiana Chemical Equipment Company from the United States to undertake a Plant Dismantling Project in Trinidad. The project entails, dismantling eight (8) Plants on an Oil Refinery. The contract is approximately TT $200 Million.
