Hello, I'm working in agent office for US market. My US buyer want to import soybean sweater & want me to research supplers. First of all, I'm wonder if soybean is non-quota item. If this is quota 339(ladies knitwear ), we need to pay high quota cost, so it will be difficult. I heard that soybean is non-quota item to US market & it is only 6% duty, so buyer is interested in.
