AWT-Z1500 stretch blow molding machine is suitable to produce different shaped of PET/PC/PE bottle. It can blow 200ml to 10L bottles and is widely used to produce Mineral water, carbonated drink, juice, and medicine, cosmetic bottles and oil bottles etc.
1.The machine is with preforms Pre-heater and blowing unit.
2.Between the blowing unit and heater, it is combined. The worker manually loads the preforms to the pre-heater. And after being heated, the preforms will be taken automatically by the robot hands to blowing mold. When coming out, it is PET finished bottle.
3.Protect the workers and make bottle blowing efficiently. Save time and working cost.
4.It is not high technology for the working people. All the worker need to do is putting the preforms on the heater.
5.Completely stable operating and with PLC control, Siemens touch screen to control and adjust the temperature.
